The joke rendered Billy completely and utterly silent for a moment. To the point that he just blinked at Mark for a moment. Mostly because he hadn't really considered that particular angle. And his first thought wasn't to dismiss it, but to think it not such a terrible idea. But Mark laughing it off dashed what sparse hopes had started to rise. Of course. It was ridiculous. There was no way Mark would be into him enough for something like that. At least not this soon, right?
