Billy very nearly blurted out a rather rude question. What did Roger have to do anything? Thankfully, he was aware enough of himself to halt the words before they escaped. Sure, Roger was important. He was the core of the reason Billy was there. But Billy barely knew the musician. Then again, he barely knew Mark. But Roger wanted CHAOS, not Billy. It was strange to think of himself as two people like that, but here he needed to be just Billy. Mark was the one who wanted that. He'd been the one to offer the invite, not Roger.

At least, that's how Billy reasoned it. It had nothing to do with his own feelings. How could it? He'd only meet Mark twice, and both encounters were incredibly brief. Even with that bike ride with his arms wrapped around the man's chest...

"We can wait for him if you want. I've got all afternoon. But..." His mind was working a little slower than his mouth. Did Mark really doubt that Billy wanted to hang out with HIM? "...I'm totally fine with it being just you and me."
